How the Subscription Works

• Your formula is delivered every 30 days

• This ensures continuous treatment and optimal results

• Each formula is freshly compounded based on your current plan

Before Each Refill

You will receive a reminder 2 days before your next shipment.

At that point, you can:

• Continue as scheduled

• Pause your delivery

• Skip that cycle

No surprises. No automatic charges without notice.

Billing

• You are charged at the time your order is processed

• Future charges occur only before each refill cycle

• Your final price depends on your personalized formula and selected add-ons

Flexibility

You are always in control of your subscription.

You can:

• Pause anytime

• Skip a shipment

• Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before your next billing date.

Adjustments to Your Formula

Your skin changes over time — your formula should too.

Based on your progress, your treatment may be adjusted.
This may affect your formulation and pricing.

You will always be informed of any changes.

Failed or Delayed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

• Your order will not be shipped

• You will be notified to update your payment method

Refunds

Because each formula is:

• Prescription-based

• Personalized

• Made to order

We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
