Processing Time

Once your assessment is approved:

  • Your prescription is sent to a licensed Canadian compounding pharmacy

  • Your formula is prepared specifically for you

Processing time: 1-3 business days

Shipping Time

After your formula is prepared, it is shipped directly to your address.

Estimated delivery:

  • Ontario: 1-2 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 2-5 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
